We only collect what we need to give you a table, and we keep it no longer than necessary. This page explains what that means.

What we collect when you reserve
When you reserve by phone, we note the date, time, number of guests, your name and phone number, and any wishes you tell us, in our reservation book.
If you tell us about an allergy or a dietary need, that is health information. It is optional; we only use it to prepare your meal safely, and it is deleted together with your reservation.
Why we use it
Only to handle your reservation: to confirm or change it and to contact you about your visit. This is necessary to provide the service you ask for (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). We never sell your data, never use it for advertising and never send newsletters without asking.
Where it goes
Your reservation is kept only in our own reservation book. If you email or WhatsApp us, our email provider (Hostinger) or WhatsApp (Meta) handles that message.
How long we keep it
We delete reservation emails and messages within 3 months after your visit, unless we need them longer by law.
Cookies and this website
This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics, and it loads nothing from other companies: even our fonts are stored on our own server. Like every website, our host keeps short technical logs to keep the site secure.
Links to Instagram, Facebook, Thuisbezorgd and Uber Eats take you to their sites, where their own privacy rules apply.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. Not happy with how we handled it? You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
